BROKER-DEALER AS A SERVICE
Investor Overview | $10M Growth Round
Positon AI brings deal workflows, intelligence, and governance into one connected platform, from sourcing and relationship management through diligence, execution, and post-close oversight.
We are raising $10 million in growth capital to complete a strategic acquisition AI-powered sourcing tech asset and accelerate commercial expansion. With the core platform already production-ready, this round funds acquisition, integration, and growth.
The opportunity: connect the entire deal lifecycle
Dealmakers rely on disconnected tools for company research, outreach, CRM, document management, and diligence. That fragmentation adds cost, creates manual work, and makes it harder to maintain consistent oversight across a transaction.
Positon is building a unified, AI-native system of record for investment bankers, private equity firms, corporate development teams, and advisory firms. Our planned sourcing expansion connects company intelligence with transaction workflows, while our broker-dealer partnership strategy creates a channel to reach independent bankers at scale.
Together, these offerings address a management-estimated $32 billion market opportunity across enterprise software and broker-dealer infrastructure and services.
Traction: a production-ready platform with new paths to scale
Three recent milestones advance our acquisition and distribution strategy:
Signed acquisition LOI (Sep 2, 2026). Positon has signed a letter of intent to acquire a complementary AI-native technology asset with company intelligence covering 30+ million companies. Completion and the scope of data rights remain subject to diligence and definitive agreements.
ALM First customer agreement (Sep 8, 2026). An executed Master Services Agreement with ALM First, a leading credit advisory firm with 165+ dealmakers and ~$80B in AUM, establishes an enterprise relationship with potential for broader transaction adoption.
Broker-dealer partner discussions. Advanced discussions with firms representing 150+ representatives are aimed at securing commercial agreements and establishing the initial distribution channel for Positon’s planned BDaaS program.

The growth plan: acquire, integrate, and expand
The proposed $10 million financing supports three priorities:
Complete the strategic acquisition. Allocate approximately 10% of the raise to acquisition consideration, subject to final terms.
Integrate intelligence and execution. Connect the acquired sourcing capabilities with Positon’s existing platform, extending the workflow from identifying opportunities to managing transactions.
Scale commercial distribution. Expand enterprise sales, activate broker-dealer partnerships, and grow adoption among independent bankers, supported by onboarding, customer success, and enhanced governance capabilities.
Our goal is to make Positon the system of record for dealmakers use to find opportunities, execute transactions, and manage sensitive information throughout the deal lifecycle.
